Discuss your requirements

Your space and the work it needs

01What types of businesses and properties do you clean?

We focus on offices, workplaces, commercial buildings, and shared commercial spaces. You can enquire about a small office, a larger facility, or multiple properties. We review the spaces, tasks, and resources required before agreeing to service. Residential cleaning is not our focus.

02What can be included in our cleaning plan?

Your plan can cover workstations and shared surfaces, reception and meeting rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, vacuuming, hard-floor mopping, waste collection, and agreed touchpoints. Your written scope identifies the rooms, tasks, frequency, and any exclusions so you know what you are paying for.

03Can we book a one-time or deep clean?

Yes—tell us whether you need an initial reset, a one-time visit, or periodic detail cleaning alongside recurring service. We assess the property's condition and agree on the tasks before pricing the work. An initial deep clean and ongoing maintenance may need different scopes.

04What about carpet extraction, floor refinishing, windows, or construction cleanup?

Routine floor cleaning and accessible interior glass can be included in an agreed cleaning plan. Carpet extraction, stripping or refinishing floors, high or exterior windows, post-construction work, and other specialty tasks need a separate review. Tell us exactly what you need so we can confirm whether we can provide it before you book.

05Can you work in a space with special hygiene or product requirements?

Share the requirements before we quote, including surface restrictions, fragrance preferences, and any site-specific procedures. Clinical areas, food-handling spaces, biohazards, and other specialized environments require a separate capability and scope review. We confirm the requirements we can meet before accepting the work.

Your location and your schedule

01Do you service our area and come to our property?

Yes. We serve Union County and Essex County, New Jersey, from our base in Union. We come to your office or commercial property and are willing to travel beyond these counties. Share your town or ZIP code, property type, and preferred hours so we can confirm the schedule and any travel arrangements with your quote.

02Will you travel further for a larger account or several locations?

We are willing to travel and discuss larger or multi-property arrangements. Share every location and your preferred schedule so we can assess travel, staffing, and the scope at each site. We confirm which locations and service windows we can support in the proposal.

03Can you clean before or after hours, or on weekends?

Yes. Tell us your preferred days and access windows, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Daytime cleaning can also be discussed. We work with you to agree on a routine that fits your operation and confirm availability before service begins.

04How often should our space be cleaned, and how soon can you start?

Frequency depends on foot traffic, occupancy, restrooms, shared spaces, and the standard you want to maintain. You can request daily or several visits per week, weekly, every other week, or one-time service. Share your target start date too; the actual start and staffing are confirmed after we review your requirements. Urgent requests are subject to availability.

Your budget, quote, and agreement

01How much does commercial cleaning cost?

We quote for your property. Price depends on cleanable space, layout, current condition, the tasks required, visit frequency, access hours, and any agreed supplies or specialty work. A walkthrough helps us price the actual scope. You receive written pricing to review before deciding.

02Can you work with a set monthly budget?

Share your target budget or current cleaning spend when you enquire. We can discuss priority areas, essential tasks, and visit frequency, then explain the options we can offer. If the requested scope does not fit the budget, we will be clear about that before you make a commitment.

03What will our proposal include?

The proposal sets out the areas and tasks covered, service frequency, agreed schedule, pricing, and responsibilities for products, equipment, and consumables. Ask us to identify any initial deep clean, travel considerations, exclusions, or extra work separately so you can compare the full scope.

04Do you bring supplies and equipment? What about paper products and soap?

We agree on who provides cleaning products and equipment before service starts. Restroom paper products, hand soap, liners, and other replenishment supplies are also addressed in the proposal; they are included only when specified. Tell us about preferred products and anything your property already supplies.

05Is there a long-term contract, and how do billing or cancellations work?

Service term, payment schedule, billing arrangements, rescheduling, cancellation, and any price-review provisions are agreed in writing before work begins. Let us know if your business has purchase-order or vendor-onboarding requirements so we can review them with your proposal.

06What happens if we need extra work or want to change the plan?

Tell us what has changed. We review the added or reduced tasks, frequency, and resources, then agree on any scope, schedule, or pricing changes before moving forward. Work outside the original scope is discussed separately.

Accountability and peace of mind

01Can you provide insurance and vendor documentation?

Share the coverage limits, certificates, bonding, screening, or onboarding documents your business requires. We will confirm which requirements we can meet and what documentation is available for your review before you award the work. Any required approval should be completed before service starts.

02Who will clean our property, and how is the work coordinated?

Staffing, access arrangements, site instructions, supervision, and your communication contact are discussed during planning. If you require the same personnel, screening, or a particular backup arrangement, include that in your requirements so we can confirm what we can support before starting.

03How do you handle keys, alarms, restricted areas, and confidential spaces?

We agree on entry and exit procedures, key or access arrangements, restricted areas, and site-specific instructions with your designated contact. Tell us which surfaces or items should not be touched. Please discuss access codes and other security details directly rather than entering them in the website form.

04What if a clean is missed or something does not meet our expectations?

We establish how to contact us about service concerns during onboarding. Bring the issue to our attention so we can review it against the agreed scope, discuss the next step, and keep you informed. If your contract needs a defined response time, inspection process, or service remedy, raise that before signing so it can be agreed in writing.

05Can you follow our checklist and manage multiple properties?

Share your checklist, site priorities, and the requirements for each location. We review the tasks, staffing, access, and schedule at each property, then confirm the scope we can support. If you need reporting or a particular inspection routine, include it in the requirements we review together.

From enquiry to the first clean

01What information do you need for a quote?

Start with your town or ZIP code, property type, approximate size, preferred frequency, access hours, and the areas or issues that matter most. A budget range, number of locations, and target start date are helpful too. If you have a cleaning checklist or RFP, mention it so we can arrange to review it directly.

02What happens after I request a quote?

Your enquiry is saved with the contact details you provide. We review the requirements with you, arrange a walkthrough where needed, and prepare the proposed scope and pricing. Sending the form does not book a visit or commit you to a cleaning contract; dates and availability are confirmed directly.

03Can you help us switch from our current cleaning company?

Tell us the handover date you are considering, what you want to improve, and any access or onboarding requirements. We can discuss an initial clean and ongoing service as separate needs, then confirm a start date and plan before the transition.

04Do you offer snow removal or other property services?

Our current focus is commercial cleaning and sanitizing. Snow removal and additional property services are part of our future plans. Let us know what you need, and we will be clear about what is available when we discuss your property.
